Nutrition Makeover - Thu. April 12th, 2012

Join us on Thursday, April 12, 2012 for a Nutrition Makeover in office from 6- 8:15pm.  We will offer a Coborns shop with the Doc trip that night, and also Saturday morning at 10 am.

We are located at 109 2nd St. S, Buffalo, MN 55313. 

The cost is $40 for a single registration and $60 for a couple registration.  Register and pay online and receive $5 off a single registration and $10 off a couple registration!
